I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2011
Interview
The best thing was it was open, with nice friendly managers, who weren't looking to trip you up. They gave me an accurate assessment of the position, the company, and the team.

Question 1
What would you tell your manager if she or he needed to be at a client meeting with you but also had a conflict in that was required to fly overseas at same time?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Augusta, GA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Phone interview, very minimal questions, didn't dive into the position itself nor what it entailed. Was asked to schedule a follow up phone interview and pick my time from a list of available times in order of preference. I followed these directions and then was given a time that was not listed. I was not available at that time as it was late on a Friday and when I tried to contact the recruiter back I never heard anything back. The phone interviewer called me at that time and I was not available. I am positive i missed out on a good job opportunity due to a lack in the recruiting process. Still in the process of interviewing for another position at ADP but my interaction with this recruiter was not up to par.
