Processo bem longo, a primeira entrevista foi com o HR para explicar mais sobre a empresa e o que ela oferece. A segunda entrevista foi um bate papo com o gestor para falar da oportunidade e o como funciona o projeto e a terceira foi uma entrevista técnica com 2 desenvolvedores da adp. Até aí estava tudo certo, as três entrevistas foram super tranquilas e bem humanizadas. Porém passou 2 semanas e nenhum resultado, achei que não tinha conseguido a vaga. Marcaram uma quarta entrevista com o arquiteto do time e esta foi horrível, uma entrevista “técnica” onde só havia perguntas teóricas para falar do conceito da tecnologia, com rodadas de código com problemas completamente fora do que se usa na realidade. Perfeito exemplo de trabalho de faculdade. Sem possibilidade de mostrar o real conhecimento do candidato, fiz o papel de bobo. Quase 1 mês de processo ao total.
it was good and they askied me dsa and web dev concepts other then that experience was awesome , friendly people .they focused on project .Web dev is necessary to crack such kind of job

Online aptitude test was taken then happend
2 tech rounds asked various DSA , SQL queries as well as Python questions and MERN stack which was moderate to hard
HR round where general questions were asked which was easy
