Really smooth process and everyone was really helpful on laying out a timeline for it. Not too difficult at all and pretty average questions. The people I dealt with were great overall.

Interview process took 2 months of in person interviews and ride alongs - the ride along does not show you the REAL day in the life at ADP. They place you with a Senior, starting out at an associate position it gave me a false sense of what they company and job role was about.

Initial call with the recruiter, then intro call with Vice President, then pannel interview with hiring managers, after that the last step is a role play with hiring managers/Vice President
Went smoothly the recruiter was very helpful in laying out the interview process. three rounds of interviews first screening with recruiter then zoom with hiring manager then onto shadowing/role play for final interview
