Better than the actual opportunity I was given. I started my employment working territories in two impoverished areas of the city and suburbs. I was assigned to those territories for months before assigned to another where there was value, but extremely educated consumers who chose many other competitors, or had way more advance security options

A phone interview with a recruiter to go over basic information. After that you have an in person interview with the local manager. Process took a few weeks and was quick.

The whole process took about an hour. Discussed the sales process and what makes you tick as a salesperson. I took it as a normal conversation on strengths and weaknesses. Overall very easy to talk towards and through the process.

I had an phone screening with a ADT recruiter and once I had passed I set up a time to speak with sales manager. The call was pretty casual lasted about 30 mins.
