I started in the process after I applied on the ADVENT website. The application took less than 3 minutes. It was very basic, which I appreciated not having to submit the same information page after page.
After submitting the application, I received an email a day or two later inviting me to schedule a phone interview by following a link that was provided in the email. This allowed me to choose from pre-selected dates and times that aligned with my schedule.
The phone interview was about 8 minutes long and asked basic questions. A day or two later, I received another email. This contained an invitation to come onsite and meet with the recruiter. I scheduled a time, and came onsite within the same week. It was determined I was not the right fit for the role, but they stated they would keep my resume on file. Initially I was disappointed, but I appreciated the recruiter's transparency that didn't get my hopes up.
1 week later I received a phone call from the recruiter, asking me if I would be interested in a new role. I was very interested, so the recruiter sent me a link to schedule another onsite interview, but this time to meet with the hiring manager.
After the interview with the hiring manager I was sent a link to submit professional references, and was offered a position. The onboarding process was straight forward, and the individual who sent me my paperwork made herself available for any questions I had along the way.
