We had a series of tests. We also did chat interview with the other members of the team. There were 2 conference calls and one live interview with the CEO. There was a final screening at the office and that's the last part of the process.

There were several tests, chat interviews, call interviews, conference calls with the CEO and writing exams. It was a fairly challenging process. They also did a personality test to see if I would fit with the company culture.

Interview
It was different tests of multiple skills from written to spoken to cultural fit. I think they're seeking for people who understand the business and the industry. They also check your work habits and background knowledge on each tentative topic.
