AES Nigeria Barge interview questions

Straightforward process. Initial phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, then an in person interview. Everyone was very friendly and flexible on availability. Recruiter was helpful and provided lots of information.

Interview was very detailed and had multiples levels of interview. Interview happens in a very congenial environment and they make sure to make the person feel comfortable before asking questions. Also went through a written test to demonstrate technical competence.
