I was interviewed by a member of the sales department and had a positive impression of the company. However, during my second interview with the CEO, I was informed that the role would actually involve covering two different positions. Unfortunately, the experience turned negative at that point due to the CEO’s attitude and approach during the interview. His manner made the conversation uncomfortable and left me with a poor impression of the company’s culture.

2 Interview Stage Proccess. Very easy and chaotic to its structure. They just tick boxes if your profile matches with the role. The final offer comes by phone by the CEO who promotes the culture of the company more that it deserves. The offer will be lower to this expected and could be easily negotiated.
