You interview with HR first, then most likely with your functional manager, and then the CEO. The interviews are quite fun and welcoming, but it takes a while for HR to give updates on next steps. Overall, still a great experience.

Fast because it was a referral and I heard back from the editor within the day. This was the start of the magazine so hiring was very fast.
