The reason given was “lack of energy and logistics sector experience,” despite my six years working directly in the energy sector and a strong background in logistics, with many great connections in the sector. I fully understand that not every candidate will be successful and I respect that, but not being offered even a 10-minute chat based on an inaccurate assumption feels unfair.
