The interviewer did not attend at the last minute, and an HR representative was sent instead—who had no knowledge of the role or the technical aspects of the job. This wasted my time and showed a lack of respect for candidates. A company’s hiring process reflects its culture, and this was a major red flag in terms of organization and professionalism.
