After 2+ months of not hearing back from a previous interview at ASIGMA, I was invited for another interview. There wasn't a job description. The interview was rescheduled twice. It was about 45 minute wait. I was interviewed by an associate and manager. During the course of the interview they asked me why I applied for this role and basically what I bring to the table. I told them I was invited for this interview and I don't know how different it is from the previous interview where I did not hear back but here are my skills and what I can do I was asked: [ ] tell them about myself, [ ] How I'd go about estimating how much bread is consumed a week in kampala [ ] Somethings about research [ ] What is the hardest thing I've faced in my job search/ career Manager looked intimidating. Maybe it's just his face and how he sat with his ankle across his other knee. He concluded by saying looks like you're interested in accounting and this is a research role. Btw I hate accounting and I enjoy research. I think it would have helped me to have a job description before hand so that I can tailor my responses better. Or the interviewers telling me what the job is about. Because they did ask me if I got a job description and I did not. The manager specifically said that I'd get feedback within a week this time round. Guess what? I did not here back again.
