Unprofessional recruitment process and rude recruiter. Contacted through Whatsapp asking for a call even though I had applied over a month ago. Since I am already in the final negotiation phase in a few other firms, I politely asked for the salary budget for the role, which they refused and instead of even waiting for a reply they simply said "it's fine if you don't want to call" and proceeded to lecture me on my words for revoking my interest in the role. Red flag. It's clear they wish to low ball, have slow hiring processes and lack professionalism. The recruiter also had poor English himself.
