Interview
First interview was a phone panel interview with a front end developer and a back end developer. Each developer asked technical questions about front end and back end.
At first, front end developer asked me about my previous project and require a breif description about the project. Then back end developer asked me about Java.

Interview
Was contacted by a guy who acted like I was the best thing to come along since the invention of the wheel. Had a long conversation and asked and answered questions. Told him the salary I was looking for. He then told me he would set up an interview the next day with the founder of the company. I got a meeting invite and accepted it. The interview was cancelled a few hours before we were supposed to meet, and I was told it was due to illness and would be rescheduled. I never heard anything else. This is just unacceptable and unprofessional.
