I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AVASO Technology Solutions (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
The call lasted about fifteen minutes over the phone. It began with a short introduction about the role and confirming that I was available to talk.
Next, they asked about my availability to start, flexibility for different schedules or travel, and my work authorization. The goal was to make sure I could begin when needed without major obstacles.
They then moved on to a few general technical questions. It wasn’t a deep test, more of a check that I had hands-on experience with networking equipment, installations, migrations, and basic troubleshooting.
At the end, they thanked me for my time, briefly explained the next step in the process, and asked if I had any questions.

Question 1
They wanted to confirm whether you had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job (like a laptop, a basic networking toolkit, or access to transportation). That’s a common screening point in short phone interviews.

Interview
The interview process included three rounds with different levels of evaluation. The questions focused largely on behavioral aspects and problem-solving abilities. At AVASO, we prioritize the quality of candidates over quantity

Interview
Easy to Do... Fairly Basic Stuff... Got hired but never got my credentials... Got a call for a gig. Overall not so organized but worth a shot over nothing. As the job market at the moment is crude.
