The interview process is fairly easy. The most they will do is show you the facility and introduce you to the employees/artists. There is no portfolio review although that should be a requirement in any art business. However, lower management lacks understanding of art business and they do not know how to produce art, so frankly they are not qualified to even give a portfolio review, let alone give a performance review simply because they don't understand or value art.
