Fast response. First with internal design team and then with broader team and directors, sharing process and q&a, standard procedure in the design industry, no on site visit as I am abroad.
I reached out through a mutual connection and began corresponding through email. The interview process was very transparent and was set up really quickly. Met up for lunch and coffee and went through previous works.
