Interview
Very easy.
Basic interview questions. They just have to like you. No special skills required for the job. The work is easy anyway. I received a phone screening - also very easy. These people are looking for someone that will fit in their work environment. Be cool. Startup vibe.
The process was quick from phone interview to in person interview. What was extremely awkward was that I wasn't sent a list of folks that I would meeting with. The first person to interview me was the president of the company.
