I waited to meet for an interview because the director of nursing was occupied when I got there. The interview wasn’t hard and was straightforward. It really came down to me not being available to cover the shifts they really needed help with.

It was really easy. Just a couple of typical interview questions like "how would you describe yourself" and "how did you hear about us?". The interview was not at all intimidating, and the person conducting it wasn't trying to grill me or anything. They never once discussed pay or benefits though, so be absolutely sure to bring it up in the interview, because they probably won't.

You have 2 interviewed then you tour the building and tell them why you want a job there deceived what was my job title we ducessed the pay and wasthe pay ok wirh what I was making at my other job
