Very many steps and interviews with different stakeholders. The assessment test was quite involving and requires call center knowledge and background or a lot of related research into the CX industry.

The interview was fair across board,I managed to secure the position.The question s were not intimidating as well and it was a chance to learn.I would recommend anyone to interview with them
