It was long and I dont think it gave an accurate representation of my skills and abilities. It felt more like an oral exam than it did an interview. I say this because I can troubleshoot their internet as a customer and determine the problem and request the solution but I could not always answer the textbook questions fast enough (thank you learning disability) in the interview so I look like i dont know my stuff

Expect textbook questions about the internet and how it works. They will ask about a specific VOIP system (What is PBX)

Started with a self intro ,then group discussion, situation analysis and role play.
They asked me to speak as if i am calling a customer. A manager will be there and we need to do this in a closed room with her.

First they had Phone Interview where they asked basic question. And in second step they asked to come for assessment and in person interview with group discussion & one to one interview sessions.
