Interview
Very fast moving, only 2 rounds which is typical for a boutique set-up. It was more conversational than a grilling session, which is reflective of the company culture. Office is helmed by Jens who comes across as friendly and open. Was happy to answer all my questions, even the thorny ones about ex-employees because by sharing the good, the bad, the ugly, it would align expectatations.
