I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accudata Systems, Inc. (Dallas, TX)
Interview
It was great and everyone was very supportive. The process was quick. The interviewers asked very technical questions but if you know your stuff then it will be super easy.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accudata Systems, Inc. (Houston, TX)
Interview
First contact with recruiter with preliminary questions and pointless "personality questionnaire". Then an interview with a department head. Have not heard back from anyone in a month the position is still open. The company seems good (fair pay for position and relaxed culture) but this occurrence of "ghosting" changed my opinion on them.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Accudata Systems, Inc. (Houston, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
A lengthy process with no end in sight, I submitted my resume on April, phone screening and then a phone interview, after that I've been called to come in Person to meet with the owner and head of the department. Early June I've been told that the position is not available anymore and I will be on their virtual bench.
They re-open that position in August, I called and talked with the recruiter, I've been called for in-person interview, I've been told I should hear back from them by the end of the week (maximum), a week later and another phone interview, I communicated the recruiter a week after and still nothing. The week after the recruiter called and verbally offered the job but with a different salary and not the one that I said I am willing to accept, I told them send the offer by email and we will go from there. Sure enough, after I received a call from one of the managers saying that "they are rescinding the verbal offer previously communicated". I was like wow really? after all that time of calling and going back and forth, probably they didn't like my answer!!!
Am I consider it again? No for sure. Will I recommend any of my friends? Not really. As far as I know, the hiring process should be timelined, you cannot keep stretching it and expect the prospect to sit and wait.
