1st - HR round (20min)
2nd - Tech round w/ manager (30min)
3rd - Final round onsite (30min test assessment + 30 min team interview)

Question 1
1. All the questions they ask was based on my resume.
2. But for final round onsite interview, there is test assessment which need to have strong knowledge in C and protocols like I2C/ SPI/ CAN.

It was by a hiring manager for behavioral questions and it went through asking about my interests, why I am interested in the energy field and asked about my previous experiences of what I did in my previous internships
The interview was very informal and unorganized, it didn’t seem like there was much thought put into evaluating if I was a good candidate, or testing my skills or abilities. It seemed like the decision was made before the call was made
