They scheduled interviews back to back and had you waiting in the hallway for your turn. Wouldn't be a big deal if I couldn't hear the other interview. A real morale buster. They had already made up their minds when I went in but I still had to interview with a manager, one of the owners while the other owner was on skype on the computer watching the interview. I'm not sure anyone would know how to navigate that situation expertly.
