I had a mixed experience interviewing with Actively AI. On a positive note, the recruiting team was excellent throughout the process—responsive, organized, and professional. Communication was clear at every step, and I felt well-prepared going into each stage thanks to their guidance.
However, my experience with the hiring manager was less positive. During the interview, their demeanor came across as disengaged; they yawned multiple times and didn’t seem particularly interested in the conversation. This made the interaction feel uncomfortable and, at times, unprofessional. It ultimately left me questioning the team’s culture and level of enthusiasm for candidates.
Overall, while the recruiting experience was strong, the interview itself did not reflect the same level of professionalism, which impacted my perception of the role and team.
