As part of the interview process, I completed an online personality quiz, was asked to answer some essay questions in writing, and also submitted some videos in which I answered specific questions about my experience. After each item was received, I got personal feedback (via email) and was told what the next step in the process was. In addition, someone called me (it went straight to voicemail at the time) to check in and see how I was doing with the interview process. I really appreciated that.
