Furthermore, the company requires even highly experienced candidates to undergo a generic online test.
The logistics of scheduling were an absolute nightmare. After I passed the test, a screening call was scheduled. However, just 20 minutes before the appointment, the recruiter canceled via email, claiming their softphone was malfunctioning. I immediately suggested alternative platforms to keep the appointment, but my email was ignored for an entire week.
It ultimately took three full weeks just to complete a single preliminary screening call. This level of internal inefficiency and poor communication was a massive red flag. Based on this experience, I decided that this environment was not a fit for professionals who value efficiency and structured governance. Proceed with caution if you value your time.
