Smooth with a good human resources deal starting from the interview set up date until the interview session. I was interviewed by HR and R&D manager. First they ask me to brief my self, the job that currently i do at my current job place and after that the quotations more related on R&D side

The interview process was lenient, quick and straight-forward. There was no dilly-dally or much protocol need to be followed. It was an open discussion on expectations and experience as well as casual interview.
