Generally short online interview with the contract being discussed (including the terms and agreement). They asked for my credentials and teaching experience and asked me to conduct a 10 mins sample teaching session where I am the teacher and they are the student. After that, they gave constructive feedback on how to improve and which were the good points of the session.
