Interview
There were 2 rounds of interview. A written interview was taken in the first round in which there a choice of selection between J2EE and .Net. I chose J2EE, but it was very tough. Along with language there was a special section for Databases. I felt it was competitive too.
The second round of interview was an onsite face to face interview where in they asked a lot from resume and also about the answers in previous round.

The questions were very much in depth, included Java Patterns, i-Batis, Servlets, JSP, etc. Also a lot of questions were about Java threads.
