The interview process lasted about 3 weeks, the first call was with the recruiter who asked me pretty basic questions about my availability, salary expectations and asked about my experience. Now the 2nd one is where I should have left the call before it even started. I interviewed with the MD who’s just the most awful person to ever exist, she bullied my experience and questioned every single detail about my achievements in previous roles in a very negative way. She literally told me that it’s not how these “things” are actually done even though it is absolutely not her specialty, she has a mechanical engineering background and deems herself a genius in marketing. Please avoid this mess of a company as much as you possibly can
