There are 3 Interview Steps Step 1: Interview with HR Manager (team) as a introductory call. Step 2: Interview with Head of Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing Director AND HR Director/ Manager in order to evaluate your hands-on experience. At this step, you are going to face a real-time case study (during your interview or after that as a separate step of “Step 2”. Step 3: At this step, you are going to have your Offer (or not). P.S: I have just completed the “Step 1”, but during our interview, the HR Manager informed me about the whole process and steps. So, that’s why I know them.
