The interview process was incredibly well-organized and suprisingly enjoyable. While interviewing with other candidates may be intimidating, it was an intelligent way to get the most out of each candidate. The recruitment process also offered a ton of support in preparation along the way.

Interview
Adverity goes through whats called an "Assessment Day" which is their interview process. Members of Adverity will be present in order to speak to candidates applying for a role! After the day finishes and the last person interviews, they get back to you within hours on whether or not they have decided to extend you an offer. I interviewed and after 2-3 hours, they got back to me right away. It's a super professional, but chill day. Whether or not the team extends an offer, they are definitely out to help you grow! Making a connection with them is definitely as important as receiving an offer! Their Assessment day will also help you learn so much about the company, industry, and yourself, in such a short amount of time.
