Adverity goes through whats called an "Assessment Day" which is their interview process. Members of Adverity will be present in order to speak to candidates applying for a role! After the day finishes and the last person interviews, they get back to you within hours on whether or not they have decided to extend you an offer. I interviewed and after 2-3 hours, they got back to me right away. It's a super professional, but chill day. Whether or not the team extends an offer, they are definitely out to help you grow! Making a connection with them is definitely as important as receiving an offer! Their Assessment day will also help you learn so much about the company, industry, and yourself, in such a short amount of time.

The whole interview process was very thorough and professional however the interviewees were very friendly and made the whole experience a very enjoyable! I felt very welcome and excited about at the prospect of working for such a fast-growing company.
