Interview
Straightforward, offered position same day as the interview. Was told upwards of 14 residents or so per shift. They also described the responsibilities of a caregiver a little vaguely but dining like breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served by the caregivers as well.
Easy, smooth, got back to me very quick! Interview in person and got a tour afterward. Aegis is always in need of CNAs so high possibility that you would get hired fast

I showed up to an interview and wasn't interviewed really, but was simply told a job description and asked when I could start. It was very short and to the point.
