They want to know that you have done your research and show iniative. I looked up their history, locations, products and services. I had 3 interviews and a job shadow - which was a great experience. I loved getting to meet different people within the company. First interview was over the phone, which are always challenging because of the limited time but I'm in sales so I'm accustomed that. I got to meet with 2 team supervisors and HR for in person interviews. Really impressed with their thorough interview process, they seem to know exactly what they are looking for!!
