Three interviewers from three team came for the interview. They asked me some questions, asked me which team (in my case software, R&D or Mechanical) I wanted to apply for and why and gave me a tour of the workplace area.

Email sent with CV and cover letter, interviewed by employees after a couple of weeks. 80 applicants, only about 12 employees. 4 people got the job, most were final year students.
