I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Torrance, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Group Interview, consisted of 8 people in a room. Long presentation about Aflac. It was about one hour and a half. It was a really good presentation but what they do not tell you straight up is that there is NO BASE PAY. The interview after the group interview is when the details come into effect. They will then determine and see if you are willing to hustle. are you? willing... to hustle. and not get paid for everyday you work. who knows? People are sucessful in the business but you must tough it out for the first year. and its super hard to live on $0.00 a week and not knowing if you are going to get paid or not. Good luck people.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
