Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Portland, OR) in Feb 2015
Interview
Pretty easy and standard, asked about past jobs and wants to know if you're competitive. They just want to see that you are motivated by money because people that are lazy and not organized cannot succeed in this position.
Very comfortable. Met with two ladies who were very welcoming and professional. Typical interview questions for this type of job: Scenarios, Tell me about yourself and experience with difficult situations.
Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
