Interview
I applied through my university's career website and then received a phone call to set up an in-person interview in their Fairfax, VA office. The interview was extremely easy, I was asked to talk about myself and then was given information about the internship and was given an offer on the spot.
The first interview was more of a general info session that lasts about 50 minutes or so. Still waiting for the second interview, but people there were friendly and nice overall
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Silver Spring, MD) in May 2018
Interview
The process was quick and brief. A 1:1 interview and a follow up email. Just make sure you know the info on your resume and why you are different from other candidates. Simple and to the point.
