Group interview for the first one. It’s 100% commission based but if you know your capabilities then I recommend going for it! If you are a self-starter, this is definitely for you.

It's a numbers game for them. Because everyone is paid purely on commission, they want to get as many agents in writing new business as possible - knowing that the majority will never make it. If you pass your Accident/Health and/or Life Insurance exam, you will get the job.

Pretty easy, they seem to take everyone. The office is set up a little strangely with Aflac decorations everywhere. They do a group interview first which is a big tipoff, then you will likely be invited back for a one on one.

There is a Virtual group setting with up to 20 candidates and cameras are mandatory. You must look at a presentation on video and theres a host that sums up the company background and position. Then you ask questions after about 20 minutes.
