The first stage was a group session, though this was not indicated beforehand. At the end of the group session, all who were still interested in interviewing 1:1 were given the opportunity to indicate this. At the 1:1 interview, basic questions were asked, but its focus was on answering any questions one might have about the position.

The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
