I received an email after 2 weeks of applying and scheduled an interview at the New York office.
I reached the office and found that my name is not on the list as the candidates for the interview, had to show them the email conversation.
In-office, they made to fill out a form with basic details. After waiting for almost 20 minutes I was called in, go in the room (which is a conference room) and find that there are 3 more people.
The interviewer explains what Aflac does and starts giving examples of sales and starts to discuss sales.
30 minutes he discusses sales and then tells how they will help to apply for a sales license.
The interviewer was very unprofessional, no etiquette at all.
After the group round, I explained to him that I was called for an IT interview and he says that there is no position here, there is only a sales position which is also based on commission.
