First a group call where they basically just told everyone about Aflac. Next it was a short 1 on 1 call with just a couple simple behavioral questions. They offered me the job on the spot.

They were not honest about what the job involved, turned out to be a sales position, not finance. This was not a good company to grow your career as a young student.
