I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Jackson, MS) in May 2021
Interview
Submitted resume via Aflac website. Was contacted by a rep and invited to a 15-20 minute overview session via Zoom with the regional coordinator. This session was not an interview as the invite states: it's literally an overview of the company and the benefits of working with them. At the conclusion of the coordinator's presentation, she instructed us to reach out to the rep who invited you to the meeting if you'd like to set up a one-on-one interview with a district coordinator to actually begin the interview/hiring process. I opted out to continuing the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: There were no questions asked during the group interview/overview session.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

Interview
It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
