The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac in Mar 2010
Interview
I posted my resume on Career Builder and was contacted by Aflac rep. Had 1:1 interview and was joined by other managers for the last hour. I was told about the product and earning potential was discussed. I was offered the job at the end of the interview and advised them I'd need to think about it. After a few days, I decided to give it a shot.

Question 1
How many potential clients do I feel I could get in the beginning (based on my existing contacts)?
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
