I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aflac (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2014
Interview
No interview, just an information session. Several people were present. we were told about the commission structure, several succeed stories, and the fact that the company was going to supply us with leads. This last part was not true. The leads are lists of companies from Sales Genie or Reference USA. Both lists are only 50 percent accurate, and person or process was used to examine them. In other words, it was pointless and useless.
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
