Group interview describing more on the company and on the position not much time to ask questions and then one-on-one phone call. They have you fill out a survey if you want to schedule a follow up interview that is between just you and a recruiter.

Tell me about yourself? What made you interested in the position?
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.

The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
