It was too easy. My boss asked me a few questions about my qualifications. Because the salary is based purely on commission, it actually doesn't matter to the company if you do absolutely nothing. Therefore, AFLAC will take anyone who can speak. The interview is nothing more than a formality.
I signed up for an online interview and no one ever let me into the Zoom call. I waited for 15 minutes and even sent a follow up email but still nothing.

it was a group interview the employer was extremely nice and welcoming. we all sat down and it started with a introduction about the company. How ever it was a cold call job and no pay.
